Murad Rapid Resurfacing Peel

Murad Rapid Resurfacing Peel

When most people go away on holiday their skincare routine usually goes out the window and it’s a case of chucking a pack of baby wipes into a suitcase and hoping for the best. Personally I try to stick to a good skincare routine as much as possible while travelling - although this can sometimes be tricky with the hand luggage liquid restrictions!

To get around this I have a few travelling essentials including coconut oil (great for removing makeup and moisturising - plus it technically counts as a solid and I’ve never been called up on it) and sheet masks to revive dehydrated skin after a flight. I’ve also recently discovered the new Rapid Resurfacing Peel wipes from Murad and I am obsessed!

For anyone who has tried a glycolic peel in the past, these are essentially exactly the same but in the form of a wipe! Now, usually I am 100% against face wipes and avoid them entirely but I can assure you these are completely different and are nothing like your average pack of wipes off the shelf.

They a portable 10% Glycolic and Vitamin C peels that instantly brighten tired, lacklusture skin. Just swipe it over the skin and you instantly feel it getting to work.

They all come individually wrapped in little sachets and it costs £35 for a pack of 16 wipes.

I’ve been giving these a go and was surprised at just how well they work. I wiped it over my clean face and neck and instantly felt my face start to tingle as the glycolic acid got to work exfoliating and smoothing my skin. After around three minutes the texture of my skin had really improved and my face looked much more radiant.

This is ideal for those whose skin needs an instant boost without the hassle of having to carry lots of products or leave a face mask to get to work for 10 minutes. They’re also perfect after a long day as they remove surface cells exposed to toxic pollutants that have accumulated throughout the day - helping to combat environmental damage.
